An 18 month contract with a Proptech startup at validation phase, servicing +550 residents daily & managing +5,000SQM of shared workspaces in 3 different locations, with a plan to expand to EMEA. (2018-19)

I helped antwork pivot its model from B2C to B2B2C, and develop a phygital user experience. 

Designed and led all B2C & B2B tech products, with features ranging from booking & ticketing, user, space & facility management and revenue & resource tracking.

Defined KPI’s & key milestones and rolled out a yearly plan along with comprehensive briefs for multidisciplinary teams to guide the delivery of key features.

CEO, COO & acting CTO to set and manage strategic business objectives & shareholder expectations. 

Development team, UX & UI designers & operations to test and validate new feature releases. 

Marketing & Sales teams to ensure value proposition and product are translated in all touch points. 

Engineering & IT teams to map out the tech architecture and key hardware & software integrations.
